About Elite Trampoline Academy

Our mission at the Elite Trampoline Academy is to produce Olympic level trampoline gymnasts in our state-of-the-art trampoline training facility while providing recreational lessons and birthday parties while promoting trampoline. The Elite Trampoline Academy is a trampoline training facility fully equipped with 7 trampolines, competitive Double Mini Trampoline and Power Rod Tumbling Floor devoted to bringing you the highest level of the world's newest and most exciting Olympic sport. Along with our internationally recognized competitive team, we offer recreational trampoline lessons for children of all ages and adults. Our recreational lessons create a unique and fun way to burn calories and stay in shape.

Preschool Programs

In the Preschool Program children will learn balance, strength, coordination, discipline, and much more while having fun on our gymnastics obstacle courses, trampolines, mini-trampolines, and spring floor. Through this trampoline - gymnastics class the students will build a strong foundation to set them up for harder classes and even school. Obstacle courses will vary from hanging and developing strength on bars and rings, jumping and crawling- forwards and backwards, climbing, sliding, rolling and somersaulting, with fun colors, toys and blocks. Classes are jam-packed with fun and constant activities. No time will be wasted sitting and singing- your child will be moving, jumping, smiling, and enjoying every minute. We teach the children to be independent and follow the structure of the class, i.e.- walking in line, taking turns, and following directions.

Gymnastics Program

The Gymnastics Program is a 60-minute class using all the equipment in the gym including trampolines, bars, rings, balance beams, mats (wedges, barrels, panel mats, etc.), spotting harness, spring floor, mini trampolines, double-mini trampoline, springboards, resi-mats, blocks, and more.

Trampoline Program

In our Trampoline Program the athlete will learn the foundation of trampoline skills through proper progressions and drills. Basic trampoline skills include learning to jump with control and stability in the center, seat drops, tuck, pike, andstraddle jumps, turns, stomach and back drops, front and back flips, and progressing into twisting flips. All skills are taught through proper progressions and skills with the use of mats, spotting, and safety harnesses. In this 60-minute class the athletes will also learn basic tumbling from rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, to walk-overs and handsprings.
