About Main Avenue Galleria

We are passionate about making art accessible and supporting artists’ livelihoods, offering fine, fun and wearable art at a variety of price points and returning 75% of your purchase to our members. In January of 2012, our School of Art opened with four or five class offerings. Today, we offer over fifteen classes with more being added every day. Our mission has expanded to engage people of all ages and abilities in art-making, tapping each person’s innate creativity in the joys of painting, drawing, sculpting…exploring life anew with hands and heart!

Open Painting – Mondays
This class is designed for the beginner to advanced artist. Learn composition, light and proportion, use of brushes and mixing & blending techniques. This is a structured yet fun and self-paced class. Class Session & Students Walk-ins are always welcome! This class is open to students age 15 to adult and is limited to 8 students.

Art in the Afternoon for Kids
Children ages 4 to 11 years old will enjoy a one hour painting session with art educator Dana DiLorenzo. A different project will be completed each week through the summer.

Open Painting in Any Medium
This class is designed for the beginner to advanced artist. Learn composition, light and proportion, use of brushes and mixing & blending techniques. Students can create art in the subject and medium of their choice including; acrylics, watercolor, water based oils, pastels, charcoal, colored pencil or pen and ink.
