About Southpaw Gym - Boxing, Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts

As one of the most successful boxing and martial arts facilities in Neptune, New Jersey for the past 26 years, we noticed that there is a need for Authentic Boxing and Martial Arts in the Neptune & surrounding area. So, we decided to fill that need by opening Southpaw Gym. Our focus is private, personalized training for each and every member. We offer personal sessions, private group training, small group classes, kids' classes and self-defense programs.
