Oh no, these were the Music Marvels of NJ, those who could play saxophone solos that made birds swoop in harmony and guitar riffs so catchy, even the grumpiest grouch would tap their feet. Leading this awesome band of musical maestros was the dashing and daring B-flat Benny. With a flash of his violin bow or a flick of his piano-key-flicking fingers, he could whip up a tune that would make even a statue groove. He was as famous in New Jersey as the Jersey Devil, but far less scary! Jersey was known for many things - its glorious beaches, the bustling boardwalks, the lush Pine Barrens, and of course, its legendary tomatoes. But, in Benny's eyes, nothing was as exciting as the sound of music echoing through the streets, from Cape May to High Point. No matter where you went in NJ, you could always hear the sweet melody in the air. Kids playing their harmonicas in Hackensack, trumpeting in Trenton, or belting out ballads in Bayonne. The Garden State was really the Groovin' State, all thanks to B-flat Benny and his band of musical mates. So, if you ever find yourself in New Jersey, listen closely. You might hear the sound of the Music Marvels, playing a tune that's sure to make you smile, tap your feet, and maybe even get up and dance! After all, in NJ, music is more than just a hobby. The studio is well-equipped with all the necessary art supplies, spacious tables, and abundant natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We understand that comfort is essential for both kids and parents. That is why we've ensured that our facilities include a separate waiting area for parents, offering a space for you to relax while your child is busy exploring their creativity. For added convenience, there are also two restrooms on the premises and a picturesque outdoor sitting area where you can soak up the serene surroundings.
At Quest Camps, we understand the importance of helping your child grow and develop. Our camps offer a range of activities designed to build character and independence. Our MiniQuest camp, for preschoolers aged 3-4, KidsQuest for those entering kindergarten through grade 6, and Leader in Training camp for those entering grades 7-10, are all led by caring, thoughtful staff to ensure a safe and positive experience. NEW to Quest Camps this year is SpecialtyQuest, located at the Family Center. SpecialtyQuest is available for those entering kindergarten through grade 6, and provides a deeper dive into one of our program areas: Gymnastics, School of Performing Arts, Sports, Fine Arts, or Y Ninja Gym.
