About The Dance Den

At the Dance Den, we’re dedicated to providing your child with the best possible dance education. We’ve been at the forefront of dance education in our region since 1980, when we first opened our doors in Howell, NJ. Our goal is to foster a positive and encouraging environment for our students, connecting to each dancer and helping them to develop their technique, confidence, and socialization skills. We go the extra mile to ensure our dancers’ safety and comfort. Our three studios feature annually maintained and refinished oak floors, which are raised to provide extra support for jumps and to reduce the risk of injury. Each studio also has eight-foot mirrors, giving our dancers the opportunity to observe their own movements while leaping and stretching. At the Dance Den, we’re passionate about providing our students with the highest quality of dance education. We’re proud to have been at the forefront of dance education in our region for over 40 years, and we’re committed to helping our students reach their full potential.

Ballet & Pointe
Ballet is the foundation of the art of dance, as dancers become more aware of body alignment, poise, posture, and coordination within a ballet class.

Hip hop is an urban dance form incorporating breaking, popping, locking, among other styles.

Jazz
Our jazz classes incorporate different techniques, stretches, and body work. Jazz is offered to first graders and older.
