YOUTH DANCE PROGRAM TEENS AGES 12-19

As former youth dancers ourselves, we know first hand the power the right educational program can have on developing bodies and minds. Extracurricular activities like dance teach many lessons that transcend the dance floor: confidence, creativity, self-expressions, discipline, teamwork, performance, and more. It’s also a great physical exercise that makes us stronger, more flexible, and more coordinated. Dancing is one of the most rewarding and joyful activities, enjoyed by cultures throughout the world for thousands of years.
