Our kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is a safe and friendly curriculum designed to teach basic Jiu-Jitsu skills. The program teaches important self defense skills that no kid should be without in today's world of bullying.
Through the program, we teach our kids to set and achieve goals, while building strength and confidence at the same time. They learn the importance of discipline and respect, which will stay with them through life. They also learn to value and enjoy physical exercise as part of their daily routine, while also developing healthy lifestyle habits.
