With two karate School locations, Brick, NJ and Toms River NJ, we have been providing karate classes to Ocean County residents for over 25 years. At Paul Prendergast Karate we offer a wide range of programs for all ages and experience levels. From kids Karate classes, adult karate classes, MMA training, self-defense classes and more. Learn about the rich history of our karate schools or our winning philosophy created by our founder, Master Paul Prendergast. From our tireless charity work to training local law enforcement and conducting demonstrations at our local schools, Paul Prendergast Karate is part of the fabric of Ocean County.

We are always concerned with the well-being and education of our children. We understand that younger students have a shorter attention span.
