Gymnastic Program
Gymnastics is considered one of the best physical activities for children. Its benefits include increased confidence, coordination, strength, balance, and flexibility. In addition, gymnastics is a good vehicle to increase a child's self-esteem as they progressively master new and more challenging skills. The class curriculum includes core gymnastics skills as well. as strength and flexibility training.

Our award-winning accredited bully busters have been proven to help children stand up to bullies and teach them to resolve conflict in a non-violent way. our program helps children to understand why a bully acts out and picks on them. our students learn 12 alternatives to violence ry role-playing and a structured curriculum.

Pickleball Program
Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Similar to tennis, players use a perforated plastic ball (like a whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. Pickleball is a fun game that also provides great exercise - soft on the joints, but fast enough to keep players engaged. The game has a social aspect as well, with good-natured banter back and forth.
