Tom Shaffer is a music educator and conductor, and has been DCCB Musical Director for over 20 years. He has earned the Degrees of Bachelor of Music Education and Masters of Music Education from Illinois State University. He has taught High School and Junior High School Band and Chorus in Illinois.
