Gymnastics

We offer beginner and intermediate programs that teach basic skills. All programs are a combination of acrobatics, tumbling, and gymnastics. All skills are taught in progressions; beginning with stretches, floor work, beam, and barres. It is our priority that each student learns how to perform every movement safely and correctly.

Dance & Music Fun for Three-year olds

This specialized course is designed to stimulate creativity. Making use of props, pictures, music, and instruments, students are introduced to the concepts of rhythm, tempo, counting, spacial relationships, and dance. It is a fun-filled class where the students believe they are playing games. They are not aware that we are working on muscle coordination, body placement, and constructive dance movement. All they know is that they are having a great time!

Ballet & Pointe

MGM Dance teaches the Cecchetti method as a basic foundation for superb technique. Uncommon in this area, we also teach the beautiful, classic, Russian, Vaganova method, known for its exquisite style and strength. These two schools are incorporated to produce a graceful, strong dancer with style, as stunning on stage as in class. This is evidenced by the caliber of our performers. Classes are available from age four through adult in all levels. Placement is based on age as well as skill level. All dancers are also taught performance techniques.
