About Giguere Dance

The Gigueres family has been a part of the community since 1973. Founded by Joanne Giguere, the business quickly became one of the first gymnastics training schools in the area, with a top quality dance program run by Joan Sherry. Over the years, the business grew, with successful athletes gaining national recognition. In 1987, the business was taken over by Joanne’s son David and his business partner Paul McCarthy. They saw an opportunity to expand the business and add a wider based program for area youth, and this led to the addition of Discovery School House. Today, Gigueres is a premier multi functional childrens sport and childcare facility, offering twelve unique programs for children and their families.

Gymnastics
We are dedicated to providing high quality gymnastics instruction, and committed to supporting your child’s development emotionally, socially, and physically. We work hard to create a recreational gymnastics program that encourages bravery, goal setting, teamwork, and creative expression. Our goal is to reward students for their advancement, and make you aware of what is coming next in their gymnastics’ education and development.

Dance
Our program provides Dance education for dancers ages 18 months to adult. We provide a safe and fun learning environment for students interested in recreational and competitive dance. We offer classes at both our Leicester and Worcester locations.
