Our staff are dedicated to helping our youth members develop the qualities needed to become responsible citizens and community leaders. We strive to connect with our members on a personal level and build trust with them. We are passionate about providing our members with the resources and guidance necessary to be successful and reach their goals. Aquatics Program
The Aquatics Program offers formal swim lessons with a certified instructor, as well as lifeguard certification. Members are welcome to participate in “free swim” to stay physically active and build healthy habits. Interested members may also join the Boys & Girls Club swim team and attend meets and practices on a regular basis.

Cultural Arts
The Cultural Arts Program at the Boys & Girls Club encompasses dance, music, and drama and introduces members to diverse forms of artistic expression. Through talent shows, performances, and member-to-member teaching, this program encourages members to express themselves artistically, while promoting individual creativity and appreciation for the arts.

Targeted Outreach
The Outreach Program Case Managers work with the Worcester Police Gang Unit to reach out to youth ages 11-18 who are at risk of joining gangs and participating in violent activities.
