American Kempo Karate Academy has been a leader in martial arts instruction since 1995. For 25 years, we’ve been helping individuals of all ages and skill levels to better themselves. Students learn to set and achieve goals, build self-confidence, and develop physical strength and agility. It’s not easy to earn a black belt, but the rewards are worthwhile for those who stick with it. The impact of AKKA over the past 25 years has been felt in many areas. Thousands of people have taken the skills they’ve learned from our program and used them to improve their lives, whether they’ve gone on to pursue military careers, law enforcement, or other paths. Through AKKA, we’ve empowered students to take on life’s challenges and helped them to become successful in all areas of life.

Little Ninjas Program (ages 4-6)
Arguably theses are the MOST FUN CLASSES we have here at AKKA! After the Introductory Program and we've gotten you all squared away with enrolling your child, they'll be able to start training and your child can start earning all the stripes.

Children's Program
Young Adult students (Ages 7-12 years old) receive age-appropriate physical training and self-defense instruction. This program emphasizes respect, discipline, fitness, self-control and concentration. Our foundation begins with routines rooted in respect and grows into a sharpened focus on their skills and their instructor - all while having fun and earning rank. As a part of their work in the dojo, children are awarded recognition and public praise for their accomplishments.
