YOUTH NINJA WARRIOR CLASSES

Level 1: Perfect for beginner ninjas and those that need a little more work on the basics. Classes are 30 minutes long, with an hour of open play before/after the class time. Level 2: A faster paced class for ninjas progressing through the skills required, a good work ethic and desire to learn is important for Level 2! Classes are 45 minutes long, with an hour of open play before/after the class time. Coaches invite only. Level 3: For ninjas who want a longer class with more focus on running obstacle courses, without the pressures of being on the Ninja Team! Class is 1 hour long, with an hour of open play before/after the class time. Coaches invite only.

COMPETITIVE NINJA TEAM FOR KIDS

There are a few levels of competitions – from fun local competitions to high level national league competitions. We are a part of the New England Ninja Association (NENA) as well as the World Ninja League (WNL). NENA consists of 8 local Ninja gyms – Ultimate Obstacles, Gymja Warrior, Action Athletics, TA Fitness, Vitality Obstacle Fitness, Cape Cod Ninja Warrior, Laid Back Fitness, and Strive Ninja Fitness.
