At Community Action Programs Inter City, Inc. (CAPIC), we are dedicated to identifying and eliminating the root causes of poverty in Chelsea, Revere, and Winthrop. Our twenty-one member Board of Directors is comprised of representatives from the public, private, and low-income sectors of the communities we serve, ensuring that decision-making is reflective of the needs of our clients. CAPIC is also engaged in a variety of housing and weatherization services, including programs in East Boston and twenty-five other regional communities.
