The QAA offers many opportunities for all ages to learn and appreciate the visual arts. Through classes, workshops, and other activities, the QAA provides a safe and creative environment for families and individuals to explore creative outlets. The QAA is committed to fostering an understanding and appreciation of the visual arts throughout the communities in and around Quincy. The Association’s multicultural approach to teaching and learning allows for diverse perspectives to be shared and celebrated. Programs at Quincy Art Association Inc in Quincy, MA
BeAKid
ClayTime!
Students will learn basic hand building techniques using ceramic clay. New projects are introduced each week to promote continuing skill development. Have fun and get messy making coil pots, slab projects, crazy creatures, and more. Colored glazes will be used to decorate our fabulous creations. Fired projects will be ready for pick up 2 weeks after last class.

Storybook Art
Please join me and fellow book lovers as we explore the world of illustrated books and the avenues of artistic storytelling. Through reading, writing, and storytelling, the student will be offered various opportunities and artistic mediums to create and illustrate all or parts of their own story books.
