About Underwood After School Program

For over thirty years, the Underwood After School Program has been providing students in grades K through 5 with a safe and enriching environment after the school day ends. Founded in 1982 by a group of parents from Underwood Elementary, the UASP (Underwood After School Program) has been a valuable resource for the local community. From activities such as sports, to arts and crafts, the program is designed to help children grow and develop in a nurturing environment. UASP has been making a positive impact on local families for decades. The program provides parents with peace of mind that their children are safe and having fun in a stimulating environment. Not only does the program offer a variety of activities, such as sports, arts and crafts, but it also provides an opportunity for educational growth. With trained and experienced staff on hand, the UASP strives to promote positive values and attitudes among the students. The Underwood After School Program has been an essential part of the local community for over thirty years. It has provided a safe and enriching environment for children in grades K to 5 since its establishment in 1982. Through its activities and educational opportunities, the UASP has been helping children grow and develop in a positive and nurturing environment.
