At Kimama Half Moon, we recognize that each camper is unique and we strive to nurture their individual development. We believe in the power of positive reinforcement to build self-image and encourage friendly competition. Campers are taught to understand the consequences of their actions and take responsibility for their behavior. Through meaningful activities, campers learn to appreciate the importance of interpersonal relationships, while having fun in the process. Through consistent guidance and discipline, they develop the confidence and spirit of Kimama Half Moon.

UNDER THE WATCHFUL EYE OF OUR LIFEGUARDS, FULL-DAY CAMPERS, FROM PRE-K TO 6TH GRADE RECEIVE A DAILY SWIM LESSON BY CERTIFIED AND SKILLFUL INSTRUCTORS.

Field Trips & Special Events
EACH SUMMER WE TAKE EXCITING TRIPS INCLUDING WHITE WATER RAFTING, THEME PARKS AND LOCAL ATTRACTIONS TO NAME A FEW. INTERSESSION TRIP TO NY, DC AND A NATIONAL PARK. OUR SPECIAL EVENTS WILL INCLUDE OUR WORLD CUP SOCCER, CAMP WIDE OLYMPICS, AND KIMAMA STAR TALENT SHOW.

Thursday Night Campfire
THURSDAY NIGHTS ARE ALWAYS SPECIAL AT KIMAMA HALF MOON. CAMPERS RECEIVE RECOGNITION FOR THEIR EFFORTS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS WHILE GATHERED ROUND THE CAMPFIRE WITH FRIENDS. CAMPERS WILL ALSO ENJOY A WIDE ARRAY ENTERTAINMENT.
