About Green Eyrie

For almost a century, Camp Green Eyrie has been providing girls with a unique camping experience. Located in the farming community of Harvard, the camp is set on 52 acres of stunning shoreline on Bare Hill Pond. Girls can choose to attend day camp from 9-4:30 daily, or they can opt for an overnight camping experience, which can range from 3-14 nights per session. At Camp Green Eyrie, girls can partake in an array of activities that match their interests. From swimming and boating to roasting marshmallows and singing traditional camp songs around the fire, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. In addition, campers can also explore their own interests with Camper Choice activities such as venturing out into the forests and fields, challenging themselves on the ropes course, and shooting arrows at the archery range. Whether they’re attending day camp or overnight camp, girls will enjoy a summer of exploration and adventure. From forming new friendships to learning about the mysteries of water at the Sara Hardy Science Center, Camp Green Eyrie is the perfect place for girls to create unforgettable memories.

Green Eyrie - Resident Camp

Whether staying for three days or two weeks, your camp session will be filled with exciting adventure and lots of new friends. Located on Bare Hill Pond in Harvard, Camp Green Eyrie allows girls to explore the great outdoors and experience all that nature has to offer, while enjoying traditional camp activities blended with modern day challenges and excitement. With a wide variety of program options available, you will be able to find an option that fits you perfectly - whether it includes arts and crafts or rock climbing. Highly trained staff members supervise all adventure-based activities. In addition to the thematic programs listed, all girls will have the opportunity to enjoy hiking, crafts, swimming, boating, and cookouts. Campers at Green Eyrie stay overnight for the full program session in platform tents. Daily schedules vary based on the program selected, age level, and girl interest.

Green Eyrie - Day Camp

Explore everything Green Eyrie has to offer! Girls have been swimming, boat, roasting marshmallows and making new friends at Camp Green Eyrie, located in Harvard, since it opened in 1925. Challenge yourself and your team on our ropes course, have fun in the new Gaga Pit or take a shot at the archery range. Launch your kayak on Bare Hill pond, and then learn about the mysteries of water in the Sara Hardy Science Center at Chenowith. Sing traditional camp songs around the fire, voyage into the forests and fields and play new and old games in the field. Girls will forge new friendships, enjoy new adventures and have an unforgettable summer at camp Green Eyrie
