About CSO All Star After-School Program

At CSO, we are dedicated to providing quality family support services to all families in Massachusetts. As part of the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI), we are committed to engaging youth and families in individualized and coordinated trauma-informed care. Our services are designed to be family-centered and community-based, offering great flexibility in accessing care. We offer services at your home, in our offices, or at the location of your choice. For families in need of urgent care, we offer walk-in appointments. We recognize that finding the right family support system can be daunting. That’s why, at CSO, we provide a comprehensive approach to family support services. Our professional team of experts is here to help families develop and implement individualized care plans that are tailored to their unique needs. We are here to listen and provide guidance to families, so they can get the care they need in the most comfortable setting. At CSO, we strive to meet the needs of our families. We believe that all families should have access to quality family support services and resources. We are here to help families navigate the challenges of life and create a brighter future. After School
With sites in Florence, Greenfield, and Athol, CSO’s All Stars Program is a DMH-funded after-school program. All Stars provides therapeutic day services for youth between the ages of 6 and 18 who experience serious emotional disturbances that interfere with meaningful social connections. All Stars provides structured support and clinical interventions that strengthen youth resiliency and help them to develop skills related to social engagement, leadership and independence.
