We began in the early 1980s in response to needs expressed by parents and other stakeholders for quality, affordable, year-round early education and care for preschoolers. We are proud to have been the first to offer full-year programs on the Outer Cape for the birth to 5 population. Today, our programs are serving families in several locations throughout the Lower and Outer Cape, and even reaching the Mid-Cape region. CCCP continues to evolve to meet the changing needs of our community, providing programs for families affected by substance use disorder and support groups for grandparents raising grandchildren.
