About Milldam Nursery School

In order to foster a lifetime of learning, we offer a co-operative school setting that encourages relationship-building and hands-on learning. We understand that each child learns best in their own individual way, and our teachers work to create a learning environment that provides the opportunity for children to practice these skills and develop as individuals. Our stimulating and supportive curriculum provides the perfect foundation for children to foster a lifelong love of learning, and to develop the skills necessary for success in their future endeavors.

2/3 Class
Children who turn 2 before September 1 are eligible for our 2/3 classes. We offer a 2 day a week class that runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and a 3 day a week class that runs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Class runs from 8:50 to 11:30am. Both 2/3 classes have up to 9 children per classroom and are taught by a lead teacher and a professional assistant, with a parent in the classroom to support the staff.

3/4 Class
Children who turn 3 before September 1 are eligible for our 3/4 classes. All 3/4 classes run 3 days a week, either on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, or Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. Class runs from 8:50 to 11:40am. Both 3/4 classes have 11 children per classroom and are taught by a lead teacher and a professional assistant, with a parent in the classroom to support the staff.

4/5 Class
Children who turn 4 before September 1 are eligible for our 4/5 classes. We offer two classes that both run Monday – Thursday, with the option of attending Friday for an additional fee. Class runs from 8:50 to 11:50am. Our 4/5 classes are both taught by a lead teacher and a professional assistant, with a parent in the classroom to support the staff. One classroom supports 11 children and the other can support up to 14 children.
