About Hugs Plus Incorporated of Braintree Number 1
At Hugs Plus, early education programs are designed to promote self-esteem and foster a genuine love for learning. Our teachers help to enhance your child’s creative, cognitive, and social abilities through developmentally appropriate learning programs.
Each program at Hugs Plus emphasizes each child's abilities in questioning, experimenting, thinking, and reasoning. Our teachers strive to facilitate, observe, guide, support, and inspire children. We believe that with the help of our teachers, and with the support of the parents, children can learn to be independent and self-confident. Our goal is to create an environment that is engaging, nurturing, and stimulating for young children.
At Hugs Plus, we understand that you want the best for your child. That is why we strive to create an environment that encourages children to develop their own unique set of skills. Our teachers help children to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to grow and develop into curious, creative, and confident learners. Through developmentally appropriate learning programs, children can learn to think, reason, and question in a safe and supportive environment.
Programs
The classes, camps and experiences this business offers.
Infant Program 1-15 months
Infants learn through their experiences, by actively moving, and through their social interactions in a creative and nurturing environment. At Hugs Plus, warm, caring and positive relationships between teachers and infants help them develop a sense of trust in the world.
Toddler Program
Toddlers learn by experiencing activities that encourage language development and self-help skills while building their self-esteem. Our warm and caring environment – fostered by our teachers – encourages toddlers to feel secure in expressing independent thought and making their own choices.
Preschool Program
Preschoolers learn through their experiences and active explorations in our educational environment. Each child builds skills, not only cognitively, but also in the areas of inquiry, problem-solving, and through the formation of ideas.
Pre-Kindergarten Program
Our pre-kindergarten program academically and socially prepares children between the ages of 4 and 5 for a successful transition into kindergarten.
The pre-kindergarten curriculum follows the MA Department of Education Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Curriculum Frameworks. The curriculum provides a balance of teacher-directed and child-directed activities, together with a positive learning environment, to set children up for success and strengthen their love for learning.
