About Empow Studios - Boston STEM Summer Camp

At Empow Studios, we believe that modern exploration of the STEM world should start with passion, engagement, and play. Our goal is to give kids the tools to actively participate in digital, virtual, and robotic environments, as well as to develop literacy and social collaboration. We also believe that kids should be empowered to become intentional creators of their future. Through our programming, we aim to foster self-actualization and creativity, allowing kids to make the most of their potential.

CODING CLASSES
Join one of Empow’s award-winning coding classes! Students will learn key coding concepts while exploring different coding languages: Scratch, Python, and Java. Our introductory coding classes have enough material to keep kids engaged for weeks, and makes an ideal on-ramp to Python. Looking for something more advanced? Students who have Python experience can join our Python 201 class or our Advanced Python Team.

Video Game Design
Empow offers award-winning, on-campus STEM classes in coding, Minecraft, film & animation, 3D design & engineering, robotics and more for kids 7-15, afternoons and weekends, in Newton, Lexington and Online.

ROBOTICS CLASSES
Empow Studios is excited to partner with Sphero for our Robotics classes. Sphero inspires the creators of tomorrow through remarkably cool, programmable robots, electronic building blocks, and educational tools that transform the way kids learn and create through coding, science, music, and the arts. Sphero goes #BeyondCode and drives kids to turn their imagination into reality. The skills students unlock through play-based learning prepare them to thrive, no matter what subject or career they pursue.
