Let me take you on a guided journey of the mind, where we will discover and visualize a place where you are in a state of health, peace, love, and authentic power. Through meditation and discussion, you will be able to convey to me the details from your vision of this special place, so that I am able to create a painting that captures that vision. Having this very personal visual reminder, is your catalyst to being mindfully present and showing up as your authentic self.
