BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

FLO Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is included in our Fitness and Martial Arts Program. Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Classes are open to all levels of skill. A typical class will run through a general warm up, followed by a structured class of detailed combinations, that will get added upon as the class continues. Close to the end of class there will be an extra exercise to improve grappling abilities.

KICKBOXING

FLO Kickboxing is included in our Fitness and Martial Arts Program. Our Kickboxing Classes are open to all levels of skill. A typical class will run through a general warm up, followed by a structured class of detailed combinations, that will get added upon as the class continues. Close to the end of class there will be an extra exercise to touch on shoulder endurance.

KRAV MAGA

FLO Krav Maga is included in our Fitness and Martial Arts Program. This class is open to All Skill Levels. This Martial Art is a combination of many, as it prepares you to become self confident in most situations as we learn Self-Defense techniques to help us avoid and prevent harmful situations. This class is a tactical self-defense class teaching various methods to protect yourself in dangerous situations where the attacker can be larger, or have a weapon of choice in possession. Although many of these situations are not everyday occurrences, it is nice to have the confidence to believe that you are safe in most situations.
