SWIM STARTERS 6 MONTHS – 3 YEARS

Introduces infants and toddlers to the aquatic environment through exploration and encourages them to enjoy themselves while learning about the water. Parents accompany children. Swim diapers are required for non-potty trained children.

Preschool Learn-to-Swim 3-5 Yr olds

LEVEL 1 WATER ACCLIMATION Beginner swimmer with no experience. Will learn basic skills of blowing bubbles with face in water, floats and push-offs to instructor.

Head Start Childcare

Ages: 3-5 Taylor YMCA in conjunction with the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago is now offering a Head Start Program in Elgin for children ages 3-5. We welcome children with special needs. Our center promotes children’s development through services that support early learning, health, and family well-being at no cost to parents. Our main objective is to prepare young, economically disadvantaged children and their families for success in school and life.
