With a mischievous twinkle in his eyes and a paintbrush flick that could put the most experienced artists to shame, Artie leads the Idaho kids on riotously fun painting adventures. These little Picassos, armed with their paintbrushes, are the undisputed champions of the 'Great Idaho Paint-Off.'
