SUMMER CAMP
UKnight invites you to a summer fun filled with sports, obstacle courses, games, tumbling, arts and crafts, and much more! Kids and teens of all ages will enjoy a variety of sports, learning basketball, cheerleading, volleyball, and karate.

COMPETITIVE CHEER
Cheer blends tumbling, stunting and dance to demonstrate athletic skill and showmanship in a fun and competitive environment. Teams compete against other gyms from around the country in national level competitions that take place regionally and in the southeast. In addition to organized teams, UKnight offers tumbling classes and private lessons to refine individual skills and presentation, level up difficult tumbling passes and master flexibility and strengthening.

UKnight offers the finest karate training programs in Central Florida. All ages and skill levels can achieve the discipline, strength and flexibility accomplished through proper training.
