About PGA National Resort & Spa

The Champion Course at PGA National Resort in South Florida's Palm Beach Gardens is one of the most iconic golf courses in the country. With its "Bear Trap" – a series of three demanding holes that are considered to be the toughest stretch in the game – The Champion is the host of the hugely popular Honda Classic on the PGA TOUR's "Florida Swing." This prestigious golf course has also hosted several major tournaments, including the 1983 Ryder Cup, 1987 PGA Championship, and two decades of the Senior PGA Championship.

Fall & Winter Golf Camps for Kids
The cooler months are the perfect time to let the kids brush up on their golf skills! We offer fall and winter golf camps for kids of all ages and skill levels to improve their game in small group lessons. These tiered Junior Golf lessons are taught by the staff of the world-renowned Leadbetter Golf Academy. The Forward Tees is for kids ages 7 to 12 years of age, while the Championship Tees is an intensive multi-day junior golf program designed for the intermediate to advanced junior golfer ages 11 to 15.

Summer Tennis & Golf Camps for Kids
In addition to our Leadbetter Golf Academy golf camps for kids, we welcome your children ages 5 to 12 to our PGA Junior Tennis Camps. They are an excellent way for kids to learn the game of tennis — or for juniors to improve and elevate their game — and have some fun at the same time. The full-day tennis camp begins on the courts, breaks for lunch at noon, and continues in the afternoon with fun indoor sports, classes to work on body mechanics (and some pool time, too, weather permitting): request summer golf and tennis lessons for kids through our Golf Pro Shop.

Parents must select a session time and day based on the following choices. All sessions are for drop off care only. Please make your reservations at least 24 hours in advance to allow for staffing needs.
