Krav Maga Martial Arts is the perfect place for your youngster to gain confidence and develop physical strength, agility, coordination, and discipline. Located right where 41 and Dale Mabry merge in the Lutz/Land O’ Lakes area, the dojo has been empowering lives through martial art in Pasco and Hillsborough counties for almost 20 years. Krav Maga Martial Arts offers pre-school karate kid classes, elementary aged karate kid programs, family martial art classes, Kickboxing classes and Krav Maga classes. Krav Maga Martial Arts Founder Shihan Stephen Del Castillo opened the dojo in Wesley Chapel in 2000 and has been training for over 38 years. He holds a 7th Degree Blackbelt and Master Instructor status alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Tampa and a Master of Business Administration form the University of Phoenix. Shihan Del Castillo combines his years of military and other leadership experience to train students to become strong, confident, and successful in the martial arts and in life. It’s the perfect place for your youngster to develop physical strength, agility, coordination, and discipline.

Martial Arts For Kids

Concentration is like a muscle that needs regular exercise to grow stronger. Martial arts provides kids with strategies that help improve their ability to focus and maintain their attention. Schoolwork requires students to be able to concentrate for extended periods of time. Participating in Jiu-Jitsu requires even more concentration. This ability to concentrate and sustain attention is crucially important. As students learn and improve, they will grow life skills such as self-confidence and positive self-esteem.
