At Angel's Gymnastics, we strive to provide children with the tools to become socially valued members of a group and a self-confident, physically coordinated individual. We believe that to truly make an angel, it takes more than just gymnastics skills; we want to ensure that your child develops a buoyant personality. Our instructors prioritize communication with parents, dedicating five minutes before and after each class to discuss any questions or concerns. We also invite you to stay for the class and use our lounge. We understand that your presence is important for your child to feel supported and safe. We want you to know that your child's time with us is valuable and that the years pass quickly, so make the most of it. At Angel's Gymnastics, we believe that there is no better way to prepare your child to become a strong, self-assured individual than to support them in their athletic and social growth.

Tots

Our tot classes are for toilet-trained boys and girls aged 5 and under. This class provides a fun environment that allows your child to explore new exercises in a safe environment. Through challenging exercise games your child will begin to develop the basic skills and movements of gymnastics in a group setting. The children practice balance, strength, and fine tune their motor skills. This co-ed class also develops teacher/student relationships to prepare for a school environment.

GIRLS CLASSES

Our beginner classes are for girls aged 5 and up. Children are not required to have any gymnastic experience to be a part of this class. This class is designed to teach basic gymnastic poses, skills, and strength on all four events. This class will also teach children discipline and mental fortitude as they encounter frustration and determination to achieve various goals. Our gym’s goal is to help your child become well-rounded on all apparatuses. As your child accomplishes assorted skills and strength goals, they will be invited to move up to the next level (typically an intermediate class).

BOYS GYMNASTICS CLASSES

Our boys classes are for boys age 5 and up. This class teaches boys skills ranging from basic to advanced. This class builds your child strength up in a challenging, yet fun environment! Boys learn how to work together and independently to achieve goals. Many boys attend this class to help them become strong, since gymnastics is a great sport to be partnered with all sports.

TUMBLING CLASSES

Our tumbling classes covers every form of tumbling. Gymnastics, Cheer, Dance, Kata and Par Core are all welcome. The class will be limited to a gymnastics environment however we understand the styles are different and we can accommodate them all. These classes will ensure that your child trains in a secure, fun, and positive environment where they will be practice and develop their goals. Tumbling classes use the spring-loaded floor and tumble track to aid your child’s abilities.
