About Blue Wave Afterschool Program

At Blue Wave After School, we strive to provide for all of your child’s needs. Our services are available for kids from Kindergarten to Eighth grade, during both the school year and summer months. We offer part-time and full-time programs, and our friendly and experienced staff are ready to help with any job big or small. The care of your little ones is our top priority here at Blue Wave After School. Our staff are professional, knowledgeable and kind, so you can be sure your child is in good hands. In addition to our year-round services, we also offer an eight-week Summer Camp, perfect for your child’s educational and recreational needs. At Blue Wave After School, your child’s best interest is our priority. We provide services for kids from Kindergarten to Eighth grade, with both part-time and full-time options. Our staff are dedicated to providing the best care for your child, with their friendly, professional and knowledgeable approach. Additionally, our eight-week Summer Camp offers educational and recreational activities your child will love.

AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM

In addition to homework help and snack time, we provide a diverse schedule of planned activities that are designed to excite and enrich your child. We give the children the opportunity to explore their interests as well as challenge and cultivate their imaginations. Our program is based on free choice. An activity schedule will be available daily so that your child can choose which activity to participate in. Activities are typically grouped by grade, age levels, and staff ability.

MIDDLE SCHOOL

After your student is dismissed from school at 2:30 PM, they will be instructed to go to Mr. Stewart, the elementary behavior coach. They will be located in the Secondary Building, at study hall where they can receive homework help and help sessions from their teachers. At 4PM, a Blue Wave After School staff member will pick up the registered students. They then will be checked in and will be taken to the elementary school area. While they are with us at after school, they will be provided a snack and juice, as well as activities and games to keep them entertained. Middle school students, along with any siblings can be picked up at the Elementary school circle until 5:30PM.

SUMMER CAMP

We really believe that every child should have fun. Every day we offer different activities to keep your child excited and fully content. At Blue Wave After School we offer many classes including cooking, football, basketball, and - just to name a few. With all the choices we promise your child will never be bored.
