The Museum of Discovery and Science is a place for everyone! We encourage families from all walks of life to visit us so that they can experience, connect and discover inspiring science. We create an atmosphere of hospitality that celebrates diversity, and our doors are open to all – regardless of physical, sensory and emotional disabilities or disparities in education, social and economic status. Our visitors come from a variety of backgrounds, including different ethnicities, religions, gender identities and sexual orientations. Sprouting STEM
Join us in the Sprouting STEM Early Childhood Learning Lab, powered by PNC Grow Up Great, where Little Seedlings, Little Sprouts and Little Explorers will experience learning through play, animal encounters and STEM activities.
STEM CAMP
When school is out, Camp Discovery is IN! Camp Discovery, presented by Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, is expected to sell out, so secure your child’s spot today.
Give your child a S.A.F.E. (Science. Affordable. Fun. Educational) and unforgettable STEM experience at Camp Discovery’s multi-day camp program for children ages 6 through 12 (grades 1–6). MODS provides campers with interactive exploration and immersive learning opportunities.
GROUP OVERNIGHT CAMP-INS
Great for Groups! Participants will enjoy exclusive access to two floors of immersive exhibits, flight simulators and live
animal encounters before rolling out their sleeping bags for a unique night at the Museum. The evening also includes
themed activities and pizza or sandwich platters for dinner.
