At Torrington Family Kempo LLC, we provide students of all ages with the proper mind and body training to help them to effectively respond to challenging situations. In our classes, we focus on teaching our students conflict de-escalation techniques and self-defense strategies. With the skills they learn, our students can handle any challenge that comes their way, from a bully to a bad day at work, or a violent confrontation. Our supportive and friendly environment helps build confidence and skill in our students, so they can approach any situation with the knowledge and ability to handle it.
