Chilly Billy had this funny trick where he would ski backward and make funny faces, causing an uproar of laughter echoing through the snowy hills. The skiing squad of Connecticut, under the playful leadership of Chilly Billy, spent their winters swooshing down slopes, leaving trails of joy and laughter.
