About Joni's Dance Center

At the Joan Lynn Dance Center and Company, we’re thrilled to be celebrating our 35th Anniversary Season! Established in 1986 by Executive Artistic Director Joan Christensen, our center has provided quality dance education to families in Hamden and the Greater New Haven area for over three decades. We’re committed to giving our youngest dancers the very best start in the world of dance. Our programs are designed to be fun and engaging, introducing them to the technique and music of dance in a supportive environment. We’re proud to have passed down our love of dance to generations of dancers, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds. Join us this season as we celebrate 35 years of the Joan Lynn Dance Center and Company!

Our camp is a fun, motivational program that combines learning choreography while building your skills in flexibility, stretching, and technique.
