His laughter is contagious, spreading around like pollen on a breezy day, making everyone around him brighten up like sunflowers reaching for the sun. These pint-sized gardeners, armed with their mini wheelbarrows, are on a mission to fill CT with the most vibrant flowers, the crunchiest vegetables, and the juiciest fruits.
