At Wildomar Little League, our mission is to ensure that each young athlete enjoys a fulfilling and educational experience. We are unwavering in our commitment to aid in the development of each player's skills. We accomplish this by offering top-notch coaching, fostering consistent practice routines, and providing ample opportunities for competition. Our goal is to ensure that each child grows not only as an athlete but also as an individual.
We also prioritize the importance of academic success in our young athletes' lives. Our league firmly believes in the power of both academics and sports to shape well-rounded individuals. We strive to make our young athletes understand that their performance in the classroom is as important as their performance on the field. It's all about striking a healthy balance between the two.
However, we understand that winning isn't everything. While we acknowledge the importance of striving to win, we place a greater emphasis on competing with integrity, demonstrating good sportsmanship, and showing humility, regardless of the game's outcome. We believe these values are crucial in molding our young athletes into respectable individuals, both on and off the field.

Concussions in Youth Athletes
Fifty (50) states and the District of Columbia have enacted laws which address concussions and protect the health and safety of young athletes. Little League Baseball, Incorporated (LLB) has compiled a summary of all currently existing state laws regarding concussions in youth athletics.
Some laws are only applicable to school-sponsored athletics or to activities taking place on school-owned property. Some laws are applicable to all youth sports organizations, whether affiliated or not with a school district. It is strongly recommended that local leagues consult with legal counsel in its jurisdiction to determine the applicability, if any, of state laws to its program regarding concussions.
In keeping with its focus on protecting the health, safety and welfare of children, LLB requires all leagues and teams to comply with all applicable laws and recommends the review of the information and training materials on concussions which are available free of charge on the Centers For Disease Control website at:

Child Protection Program
The safety and well-being of all participants in the Little League® program is paramount. Little League promotes a playercentric program where young people grow up happy, healthy, and, above all, safe. Little League strives to create an environment that is as safe as possible both on and off the field. Little League does not tolerate any type of abuse against a minor, including, but not limited to, sexual, physical, mental, and emotional (as well as any type of bullying, hazing, or harassment). Little League’s goal is to prevent child abuse from occurring through required screenings, training and education, awareness, and mandated reporting of abuse.
Local Little League programs must establish a zero-tolerance culture that does not allow any type of activity that promotes or allows any form of misconduct or abuse (mental, physical, emotional, or sexual) between players, coaches, parents/guardians/caretakers, spectators, volunteers, and/or any other individual. League officials must remove any individual that is exhibiting any type of mental, physical, emotional, or sexual misconduct and report the individual to the authorities immediately. Local Little League programs who fail to enforce the zero-tolerance culture or fail to abide by the terms of this policy will face potential revocation or termination of their Little League charter.
