About Cuban Rhythm and Rumba

At Cuban Rhythm and Rumba, we are passionate about sharing our Cuban culture and helping families stay healthy and active. Our full-service dance studio in Vallejo, CA offers a diverse range of dance classes and workouts, including Cuban salsa instruction, Rumba, Latin workouts, Contemporary, Salsa-Bachata-Merengue and more. We believe in the power of movement, self-confidence, support, and health, and we are dedicated to helping families stay active and enjoy the benefits of dance. Cuban Salsa Instruction
Taught by Denny, this class will focus on Cuban Salsa movement, rhythm, patterns and footwork. No partner is necessary. This class will be more focused on beginning level.

Contemporary Dance
Cuban contemporary with Denny is a class that will allow you to express yourself through dance movement and timing. This class is a fusion of modern ballet, expressive dance and modern Cuban dance.

Cuban Rumba
Come join this class with authentic lessons from Denny! Class focuses on traditional Afro Cuban dance movement, including sacred Orisha dances and folkloric dance forms. Class starts with the basics and will form to the needs of the class.
