Parents Night Out Kids Night In

Enjoy a night out, while the kids participate in a fun evening of mindful yoga, games, a craft, music and much more. Your children will move, have fun, explore creativity, build self-esteem skills and we will even wind them down before we send them home with a relaxation guided meditation! Snacks will be provided. This event is for kids ages 6-10. Registration is required in advance. Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat.
