Programs

The classes, camps and experiences this business offers.

Elite Program

An elite athlete in the Rhythmic Program is defined as any athlete (Junior, Senior, and Hopes) who has qualified to the elite competition at USA Gymnastics Championships in any year. The Rhythmic Elite Program covers Junior and Senior levels 9, 10 and Elite athletes on the national and international level. The Elite Program follows FIG rules as well as those of USA Gymnastics. More information regarding competition format and rules for the Elite Program can be found in the FIG Code of Points and Rhythmic Rules and Policies.

Development Program

The Rhythmic Development Program is a developmental program that helps prepare athletes from the beginning stages of Rhythmic until the time they are ready to make the move to the Elite Program. The Rhythmic Development Program covers the competitive levels 3-8 as well as the pre-competitive levels 1 & 2.

Future Stars Program

The basic underlying premise of the Future Stars Program is that the development of the youthful athlete can be best served if the athlete trains in a sport of discipline for which she is best suited (Harre, 1982). Future Stars Testing has been developed to help determine whether a gymnast is suited for the elite level of Rhythmic Gymnastics.
