Each morning, as the first rays of the sun touch the surfboards on the beach, our hero, a cheeky, freckled-faced sea otter named 'Ollie' with a black belt in Kobudo, gathers the eager children. Ollie, though a champion in the martial art, has a hilarious habit of getting his tail twisted while demonstrating the moves, which makes the kids giggle and the seagulls squawk with laughter. The Kobudo Kids are as diverse and vibrant as California itself.
