Summer Camp

Summer camps at Connolly Ranch are designed to embrace new experiences as they arise within the magical outdoor setting. Our established inquiry-based curriculum provides spontaneous opportunities to learn from what "just happened"; allowing children to become dynamic learners, divergent thinkers, and mindful leaders.

Connolly Ranch Field Trips

Connolly Ranch’s field trip programs were developed within our discovery-based curriculum, which focuses on cultivating students’ 21st Century Learning Skills (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication) in an outdoor environment. We offer engaging, hands-on, farm-based educational experiences designed to meet California state standards from preschool through high school. A field trip to Connolly Ranch allows teachers to give their students a unique experience that aligns with their educational goals. Our discovery and collaboration based approach works to evoke children’s curiosity and imagination. The lesson plans also allow for teachers to bring the experience back to the classroom and build upon it.

Nature's Play (ages 2 to 3)

At Nature’s Play we engage together in the great outdoors through hands-on exploration of our natural world by spending quality time with our farm animals, participating in seasonal - nature crafts, community stories, music and movement. This class is a great introduction to our Earthlings program by building confidence and a strong connection to the Ranch.
